Why Does Jesus Have Two Different Genealogies?

The Bible contains two separate genealogies for Jesus in two of the Gospels. Contradiction or a Deeper Story? Again, this is a matter of carefully reading the passages and doing some cross referencing… carefully dividing the word of truth. You’ll see this is simply a family matter and Jewish marital laws.

The Two Genealogies Of Jesus:

Important!!! Matthew’s Gospel DOES give the genealogy for Mary, and hence the actual blood line of Jesus, which is essential to Him being the Messiah and rightful heir to the Throne of David. But it’s in the ancient Hebrew Gospel of Matthew, you will not find it in the English Bible, which was translated from Greek, which was translated from Aramaic, which was translated from Hebrew. The Joseph mentioned in Matthew 1:16 is Mary’s father! Making exactly the last 14 generations that Matthew also mentions.
