Atheism:
PS, If you’re willing to watch some hour long presentation, I know of multiple former Atheists of professional backgrounds, who used their skills in investigative journalism and forensic science, and more to try to disprove the resurrection of Jesus, and ended up needing to become Christians because the evidence for the resurrection was so overwhelming! You can find those on the Jesus and Christianity page (Case For Christ & Cold Case For The Resurrection are two of those presentations). I know of other former-Atheists who have made their way closer to Christ through other sciences, and realizing that the Bible’s account of the universe actually matches the evidence we have and evolutionary ideas don’t. You can find their presentations in the Science pages of this website, and they are not difficult to find (currently) on Youtube if you know what to search for. There are even some Agnostic professors, who realize evolution couldn’t and didn’t happen, and Atheism doesn’t hold true, but they aren’t quite ready to say Christianity or any other religion is true (though I think many have an inclination towards Christianity but are hesitant to take the next step), and of course there are many brilliant Christian professors out there as well, some of whom used to be Atheists, others no. In the meantime, here’s a just few examples out of many conversions from Atheists to Christians – note, you will find that becoming a Christian isn’t just a mental conversion, there’s a spiritual rebirth that must take place as well:
